We stepped into the dealership with the intention of appraising our current car (an '08 Civic) and test driving a CR-V but ended up driving away with a great deal on a used CR-V. She made us feel so comfortable and never pressured us into purchasing the car. The sales manager, Anton, gave us a great price and threw in a couple of "extras". The finance director, Jim, was great as well. He wasn't pushy at all about extra add-ons (warranties and such), got us a great financing rate, and was very personable and friendly during the entire process. We kept Jackie and Jim at the dealership until past 11 o'clock and they were nothing but generous to us. We really felt like family to these people. We were completely surprised that we had such a great experience at a car dealership! Would definitely recommend Coggin Honda on Jacksonville, Jackie and Jim to anyone in the market for a Honda! i had to pay sticker price couldn't budge on price, found out after I paid for it and financed it, I could had gotten it a few thousand cheaper at another dealer. My new 2010 civic was pulling to the right. I asked for the front end to be aligned before I purchased the car and it was not completed. They have a great leasing program (which we had a lot of misconceptions about) and worked extremely hard to get reasonably close to our price range. They've gone above and beyond to make sure we are doing well with our car even weeks after we've finalized the purchase. I'm sure they'll continue to take good care of us with their service plan. They made buying the car a smooth, easy exeperience. You can get a car anywhere but this dealership has awesome customer service! More
