I was originally getting ready to buy a totally different make of car, when I ran into a snag with the other car dealership on the trade in of my Honda Accord. I went over to Coggin and out walks Tameka with a smile on her face and an a great personality to match. I let her know that I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but I did want to see if we could work things out and I could stay with the Honda family. She showed me a beautiful 2010 Civic that was on Special and then also let me look on the lot at the rest of their inventory. She was very patient while it took a few minutes for the light bulb to go on in my head, when I finally realized that the "Manager Special" was the best deal on the lot for me. She worked up a fantastic deal for me and I had a brand new car. When I went into the finanace department, I was expecting high pressure to pay for alot of extra stuff I really didn't believe that I needed. Jamie was great! He explained what they had to offer and also let me know I could pick and chose what I may want. I did add the car protectant package to help maintain the value of my new car. She made us feel so comfortable and never pressured us into purchasing the car. The sales manager, Anton, gave us a great price and threw in a couple of "extras". The finance director, Jim, was great as well. He wasn't pushy at all about extra add-ons (warranties and such), got us a great financing rate, and was very personable and friendly during the entire process. We kept Jackie and Jim at the dealership until past 11 o'clock and they were nothing but generous to us. We really felt like family to these people. We were completely surprised that we had such a great experience at a car dealership! Would definitely recommend Coggin Honda on Jacksonville, Jackie and Jim to anyone in the market for a Honda!
