My recent appointment went very well. I pulled a CARFAX on my Explorer - VID: 1FM5K8D83EGA23300. It showed the recent work done to the front-end, suspension and rear brakes, (9/15/23). BU I pulled a CARFAX on my Explorer - VID: 1FM5K8D83EGA23300. It showed the recent work done to the front-end, suspension and rear brakes, (9/15/23). BUT there was no mention of some of the other MAJOR pieces of work that have been done. The replacement of the transfer case, heater core & exhaust system, (including the catalytic converter), were NOT mentioned or listed. Do you at Colonial keep a maintenance record for my vehicle? This was the most professional and efficient dealership experience ever. Bob spoke with me at length about my vehicle’s transmission issues and was able to get my transmission ordered and replaced within o experience ever.
