The problem is not Colonial Ford. It is with the Ford product. No one seem to be able to figure out why my Escape battery drains or why I keep getting the message to turn off the ignition to save the bat product. No one seem to be able to figure out why my Escape battery drains or why I keep getting the message to turn off the ignition to save the battery when the car has been turned off. Ford needs to solve this issue. The service team at Colonial is great, but the problem hs not been solved. More
