Had service for the replacement of an actuator because there was no heat from the passenger side of the dashboard. Service performed. But, something happened to my gearshift during the repair of the actu there was no heat from the passenger side of the dashboard. Service performed. But, something happened to my gearshift during the repair of the actuator. Beforehand the shift was smooth when shifting gears. After, there was an obvious stiffness to shifting. Anthony Christiani acknowledged the stiffness when shifting into gear. Nothing was done to improve the stiffness in shifting. I was told there was nothing wrong with the gears. I'm not happy with the result. Unless the issue is corrected I could never recommend Colonial Ford for servicing. More

Requested an appt to fix a recall. I was told parts were available. The person making the appt. checked. After the car was there all day all they did was N oil change and told me they I was told parts were available. The person making the appt. checked.
