Excellent Service I was very satisfied with the service I received from my salesman Hector and the finance manager. I was able to lease a brand new 2016 vehicle with no issues. After being turned down at another dealer just 2 days before I was nervous about making this deal but Hector was able to help me with no problems. I highly recommend him and the Commonwealth dealer. Worst customer service ever! I contacted the dealer to inquire about a registration sticker that should have been changed when the car was purchased. The next day, I received a call from such called manager FRANKLYN VELOZ giving me information that was different from what I requested and what I had previously explained. I tried to explain the issue one more time however; this MANAGER kept talking over me and I said: "this is not helping me," and hanged up the phone. I received a call back immediately from this person, yelling at me for hanging up, I was appalled by his tone of voice and his reaction as this was a behavior unexpected of a manager. My husband overhead the conversation and proceeded to talk to this manager where of course, my husband did what every husband would do if they note that someone who is supposed to be providing assistance to a customer, is instead yelling and being extremely rude to his wife. This manager called a third time with the same attitude. Treating me as a customer as if I was either begging for money or as if I owed him the fact that I have a car and he is paying for it. Because of his obnoxious tone, my husband continued to say I will go to the dealer so you could say that in person and his response, of a manager, who is supposed to have a touch of professionalism was “I am here waiting for you." Can you imagine this interaction with a store manager, sales rep whatever the title is? I went in person to the dealer trying to voice my concerns and this same manager comes to me and begin justifying his behavior; with the same attitude and not showing a sense of customer service skills, non-apologetic and has the nerves to tell me that he is the only one I could talk to, and that if I wanted, I could wait seating there all day. He kept talking as he walked away in the same rude manner that he was on the phone and the worst part, as a very arrogant person who has no idea how to treat people. Victor Jimenez tried to mediate however; he ended up leaving as well as my disgust with this incident was affecting his job. According to these people, I, as a customer needed to understand the manager's reaction and by me, as the customer who was offended by this beast, needed to just seat and take it. I then went across to Commonwealth Honda where I originally purchased the car and saw the sales person who was nice enough to remember me from the day I purchased the car and easily understood what I needed. Still, I asked to talk to someone higher up and Brian Hesser comes in after I requested to speak with him in person since it was not my intention to go over this on the phone. This person kept looking for reasons to basically blame me for what happened justified the behavior of his manager stating that he doesn't know and that there are no consequences for his behaviors. After listening to him, I noticed that it was a waste of time. I feel sorry that this manager, Franklyn Veloz is allowed to treat people like nothing and gets away with it. I feel bad for those who because of the language barrier are not able to advocate for themselves allowing unprofessional, obnoxious, arrogant and staff with no manners to be at a job where interactions with human being is required. This is my first and last experience with this dealer and I will make it known to others as this type of behavior towards a customer is unacceptable. You need to train your staff to learn to work with people as "you attract more bees with honey than with vinegar" This website doesn't allow me to rate it but the rate is for sure TERRIBLE for CUSTOMER SERVICE & FRIENDLINESS is of course 1 because Zero is not an option. More
Thrilled I went to Commonwealth first, not last! Thanks! I was looking for a good reliable car, not necessarily new but I went new after all. I'm leasing & only knew a few things about it. But once thoroughly explained by a knowledgeable staff decided a lease was right for me. I like the fact that it's a family business. Although not every employee is related, they all seemed like they were. I'm thrilled with my NEW NISSAN SENTRA!! More
