On Sept 2 I took my Altima for oil change and it was already 6:00 PM. But I didnt know they close at 5:30 PM. I was fortunate to find a very nice gentleman who was about to close the shop. I told him th already 6:00 PM. But I didnt know they close at 5:30 PM. I was fortunate to find a very nice gentleman who was about to close the shop. I told him that I came all the way from Billerica MA and I said I spoke to the main reception over the phone and they said it will be open till 8:30PM. I dont know where the disconnect was but this gentleman said he called up the honda service around the corner which happened to be owned by the same dealership and confirmed they will help me. He gave me the oil filter for the service from the spares. I went there and found the people very helpful. I just had to stay there for may be 40 min or so (with wifi available it felt like it was only 10 min). Overall my experience is very positive and am sure I will using them again. More
I called in for an oil change, went in and Brian helped me with my car. I loved the way he kept me up-to-date with everything: what steps they took and what their service includes. I was nervous about buying/leasing a new car but Ainsley made the experince a very releaxed one. I did not feel pressured to buy a car that day.
