Avoid their VW service center at all costs! I cannot speak for the other brands, but the VW service center has been a nightmare. My family are loyal VW car owners. My Sister has one, my parent I cannot speak for the other brands, but the VW service center has been a nightmare. My family are loyal VW car owners. My Sister has one, my parents and my husband and I. I took my ID.4 in for a recall. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine. Then, I put my niece in the backseat for a ride and during our travels she went flying off the backseat!! Turned out, the service center removed the entire back seat to access a panel and never put it back in place. Imagine if this was something more serious like forgetting to put the brakes back on! We immediately called them to let them know so that they would be more careful to for the next customer's safety. The following month (July 2025) my dad scheduled an appointment for a recall on his ID.4. They told him it would be a whole day and they would call when it was ready. The whole day (Friday) passed - no call. We called on Saturday and got no response. They were closed on Sunday- leaving my parents with no vehicle all weekend! No explanation, no updates, no apologies! We called and asked to speak with a manager and transferred to the CEO's assistant. Left a voicemail and never heard back. It's been 2 weeks... This service center is not only inconsiderate, but could put your family's safety at risk. More
