Bravo to Robert Kobey & Btown FORD!!! We visited a couple dealerships in town before going to Bloomington Ford. The difference was professionalism, genuine personalities and atmosphere. W We visited a couple dealerships in town before going to Bloomington Ford. The difference was professionalism, genuine personalities and atmosphere. We were met in the lot by Robert and after exchanging introductions, he left us to look around as we asked. When we had questions, he could answer them and test driving was quick and easy with minimal wait for the dealer plate, license copy, ect. The prices were marked on the used cars-which is a HUGE deal to us. We ended up buying new with the 0% interest deal on new 2016's. Robert went through all the paperwork like a champ and was great to talk to while we waited for some of the process. Brett with the financing segment, was quick, cool and knows his stuff as well. I never thought I'd say it, but we are most definitely FORD people now! Thank you Btown Ford! More

POSITIVE EXPERIENCE Found a used car that I wanted to look at on Autotrader. Paul Branning was the sales rep. I asked him about the history of the car and he gave us th Found a used car that I wanted to look at on Autotrader. Paul Branning was the sales rep. I asked him about the history of the car and he gave us the Carfax report. No pressure and he answered all the questions I had. We left and came back later in the afternoon to buy the car. At about closing time Paul helped the others clean the car taking off all the stickers, etc. The only thing I did not like about the dealership was I had to pay $224 for recovery insurance in case the car was stolen and not recovered in the future. They etched a number on the window. In order to collect I would have to buy another car from this dealership with a $250 deductible. I don't know if this is standard practice. More

I don't want to do business with dishonest people. After searching online, it was well worth the drive to Spencer! Tom was eager to help us, and patient with our situation. He kept us updated on what was happening, and worked to get us a phenomenal deal on (essentially) the same vehicle that Terre Haute could have sold us. Now, like I told Tom, the only problem is, people won't quit bugging me for rides and wanting to drive it! Thanks to Tom and Mike and the whole gang for all of your help! More
