Excellent experience - Helpful friendly staff I was looking for a good, gently used SUV with low miles and on a limited budget. My wife and I had visited 4 other car lots that day before we ventu I was looking for a good, gently used SUV with low miles and on a limited budget. My wife and I had visited 4 other car lots that day before we ventured into Bloomington Ford. We were greeted by Tony Martindale and told him what we were looking for and our budget. It wasn't long and we were test driving a great little suv, with low miles and within budget, unfortunately it wasn't the right fit for me. Tony then suggested a recent trade-in that was back in the service bay, so we took a look. There was my "new" SUV! A 2004 Dodge Durango (AWD) with low miles and in good shape for 11 years old. They were installing new rotors, pads and tires and making sure it was safe and reliable truck for my family. That was a Saturday, so we left to think about it and allow them to finish getting the vehicle ready. I already knew it would be mine! Lol. I came back Monday to find they were just finishing up with new fluids (including a full tank of gas) ?? and a wash and shine. So I did the paperwork -easy peasy- took a test drive, dropped Tony off and headed home with a awesome ride! Tony was great to work with and made the whole experience relaxed and easy, he never pushed us and kept are needs in mind the whole time. Thanks Tony and Bloomington Ford. More
