Since we were working with their 2015 sellout sale they showed me the invoicing price of the vehicles we were looking at and were very explicit about all the deals they could give. When it came down to me trying to make the price work, they did everything they could to make it work for me. My only critique would be I'm not an impulsive shopper/buyer and I would like to be able to walk away and think about my purchase and they made that part a little bit difficult, but thats the same at every car dealership so I can't hold it agains them too much. Once I realized the car was half a quart low on oil, I contacted the Audi dealership to see why a recent oil change would leave the oil low. They ,the Audi dealership, confirmed they had not seen the car since September of 2013 which told me Bloomington Ford gave me incorrect information. They had not serviced the car as I had asked them. This would have been a deal breaker had I known their word was not solid. More
