He was patient while my wife and I discussed options and was up front about some of the defects of the vehicle (10 years old). What really sent the experience over the edge was they discovered while cleaning it, after I had signed all the paperwork, that the alternator was bad. They replaced it for me at their own expense and continuously apologized for the extended wait time to get the car. Overall, a first-rate experience. More
