This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a service department for my car. I had a check engine light on that indicated the I needed a filter replaced. Today, I bought my first car! I had been putting it off for months, because I was dreading the whole process. WENT TO THE TENT SALE BOUGHT A NEW KIA SORENTO. DROVE IT 150 MILES THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. WENT TO THE DEALER THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL PUT IT ON THE MACHINE. THEN ASKED IF I WANTED IT FIXED! SAI 150 MILES THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. WENT TO THE DEALER THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL PUT IT ON THE MACHINE. THEN ASKED IF I WANTED IT FIXED! SAID THEY WOULD CALL WHEN THE PART WAS IN. A WEEK LATER I CALLED THEM, THEY WERE RUDE, HATEFUL, MEAN. WANTED ME TO TAKE OFF WORK TO BRING IT IN. TOLD THEM I WOULD NEED A REPLACEMENT CAR, IF THEY WERE KEEPING IT.WHEN I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY WAITED AROUND FOR 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO WAIT ON ME. WHEN THEY DID THEY ACTED LIKE THEY NEVER HEARD OF ME. TOLD THE GUY WHY I WAS THERE ASKED ABOUT MY REPLACEMENT CAR THEY HANDED ME A PIECE OF PAPER SAID TO GIVE IT TO THE RENTAL CAR GUY WHEN HE GETS HERE. WALKED AWAY DISAPPEARED! NEVER TOLD ME HOW LONG THEY WOULD HAVE MY CAR, NOTHING! WENT TO RENTAL CAR PLACE THEY ASKED ME FOR MY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TOLD THEM DIDN'T BELIEVE IN EITHER. ASKED FOR 50 DOLLARS FOR A DEPOSIT FOR GAS. I STILL DONT KNOW HOW LONG THEY WILL HAVE MY CAR. AM NOT FEELING TO CONFIDENT ABOUT THE QUAILITY OF THE CAR. OH TO TOP IT OFF WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE RENTAL GUY A GREASY MECHANIC CAME OUT AND GOT IN MY CAR NOT PUTTING ANYTHING ON MY DOVE GRAY SEATS TO PROTECT THEM AND DROVE IT AWAY. BY THE WAY I AM A WOMAN. More
