An AWESOME Experience on Every Level This was my first purchase at Bloomington Ford - and it was simply awesome! I stopped by to look at used trucks and one in particular caught my eye. This was my first purchase at Bloomington Ford - and it was simply awesome! I stopped by to look at used trucks and one in particular caught my eye. While checking it out, my dog was sitting in my minivan with the engine and heater running, and proceeded to hit the lock button. Within minutes the folks had my car unlocked. Lesson learned on my part. My sales consultant, Fred Bennett hooked me up with a test drive of a super nice F-150. I loved it so much that I bought it! Fred went out of his way to make me feel at home at this dealership. He answered every question I had with complete honesty and integrity. He kept me informed with every detail of the transaction and followed up afterwards to ensure I was totally satisfied. Fred sets the bar very high for other sales consultants to strive for. Once a decision was made she handed me off to Dustin who helped me wade through all of the required signatures. He was very nice and ready to answer and explain any questions I had. Ali made sure to keep in touch throughout the entire process and even helped me sync my phone and get settled in my car before I left. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I had not planned on buying a car, but had just totaled my beloved car and was under a lot of stress, I certainly didn't need the additional stress of trying to purchase a new car and the hassles that usually go with it. I had narrowed my choice down to the ford escape and one other car and I can honestly say, while I absolutely love my new escape, Paul was a huge factor in my decision. Everything was just so easy and totally stress free throughout my whole transaction. I feel like I got a great deal and really enjoyed all my dealings with this dealership.
