Brought my 2019 Honda passport in for the rear camera cable recall. they said they replaced the cable. However, when I was backing out of Costco, my next stop after Honda, the camera is not working. I called community Honda in Orland Park and they said they don’t check to see if the camera is working after they replace the cable. This seems like a total lack of pride in their work. They told me I can bring the car in and pay a $200 diagnostic fee. Wife is looking to replace her Acura RDX and we were looking at the Honda CRV. Needless to say we will not be doing business with community Honda due to this total, lack of pride in workmanship. Doesn’t anyone take pride in their work anymore? When I first arrived, I was having a conversation with the service attendant, and he was not paying attention. he was more distracted due to a family phone call and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. This was my first time buying a new car.
