Spark plug and cylinder work We came in on a Saturday and were greeted by Ryan. He told us the diagnostic work found something worn out that caused the spark plug to misfire and i We came in on a Saturday and were greeted by Ryan. He told us the diagnostic work found something worn out that caused the spark plug to misfire and it was all covered by the warranty. The customer service I received was fantastic and they communicated with me frequently and answered all my questions. I was initially informed that the warranty would cover/replace all my spark plugs and later told that it would only cover 4 spark plugs. Regardless, saved a ton of $$. They made sure to look over everything as well with regular maintenance checks. It happened to be Customer Appreciation day when we came in and they go out of their way to make their customers feel like second to none. Thanks for everything! More
