The service techs diagnosed the root issue and fixed everything. They also retested a fairly new battery as part of their finishing tests and found that it did not work properly. They replaced it for free because it was only a year old. I always get excellent service here. More

My dad was always known as a DM (Doctor of Motors) and my "go-to" guy for my cars. I miss his advice and guidance, but feel very confident in the honest and competent service I have found from Community Honda. Why does it take 5.5 hours to get an update on my car? I dropped my car off Wednesday evening for a 7:30am Thursday appt. to have a rattling noise checked out that occurred every time the car made a turn. I was informed that I will be charge $99 to check this out since a technician will have to drive the car (this is something new as I have never paid for something like this before) but I would hear from them in the morning. I hadn't heard from them by 11:30am and decided to call-I was put on hold for the service department and waited 5 minutes and then told they were very busy and someone would call me back shortly. At 12:45 I still hadn't heard so I called again and talked to someone in the service department who said he would find out the status of my car and put me on hold-5 minutes later I was cut off. I called again and spoke with a service manager who tracked down the service tech and told me I would get a call from him in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later the service tech finally called to tell me what was causing the rattling. He also had over $1600 of suggested service I should have done on my 2004 Honda Accord. I only agreed to get the rattling fixed. When I picked up the car my daughter, they didn't bother to wash it (I'll admit I didn't ask but usually they do it) and then when I got home I can still hear the rattling noise a little so I will be going back to have it fixed correctly. More

This should be improved because why bother to make the appointment if you still need to wait to take your turn ? More
