Why does it take 5.5 hours to get an update on my car? I dropped my car off Wednesday evening for a 7:30am Thursday appt. to have a rattling noise checked out that occurred every time the car made a turn. I was informed that I will be charge $99 to check this out since a technician will have to drive the car (this is something new as I have never paid for something like this before) but I would hear from them in the morning. I hadn't heard from them by 11:30am and decided to call-I was put on hold for the service department and waited 5 minutes and then told they were very busy and someone would call me back shortly. At 12:45 I still hadn't heard so I called again and talked to someone in the service department who said he would find out the status of my car and put me on hold-5 minutes later I was cut off. I called again and spoke with a service manager who tracked down the service tech and told me I would get a call from him in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later the service tech finally called to tell me what was causing the rattling. He also had over $1600 of suggested service I should have done on my 2004 Honda Accord. I only agreed to get the rattling fixed. When I picked up the car my daughter, they didn't bother to wash it (I'll admit I didn't ask but usually they do it) and then when I got home I can still hear the rattling noise a little so I will be going back to have it fixed correctly. More

Much improved since last time I was hesitant to visit this dealership because of past experiences. But I'm always willing to give everyone another chance. First of all, they contac I was hesitant to visit this dealership because of past experiences. But I'm always willing to give everyone another chance. First of all, they contacted me about a recall and scheduled my visit. While speaking to their scheduler, I also asked to have the rear wiper assembly looked at, as well as have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I arrived to the dealer, I sat in my car waiting for another car to be pulled in. A couple employees were chatting in the bay and glanced over to see my car as well as 2 other cars behind me waiting to pull in. After several minutes, the lady behind me honked her horn and the employees all scattered like roaches when the lights are turned on. The car before me was driven into the bay followed by the rest of us. I was met by a service rep who took my info and told me it would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. While I don't mind waiting while my car is worked on, i do mind when the estimate is way off. This visit took over an hour longer than they promised. Minus one star for that. Coffee was empty, water bottles not stocked in the mini fridge, popcorn vending machine also empty. All these little things that are there for the customer while they wait were not available. Minus one star for that. More
