Nothing special I love the shuttle service but wish there would have been better response when it was time to be picked up. I can't say enough positive things about Greg. He was great when he was at Planet Honda in Matteson and was a star there. My wife and I were looking for another location to service both of our Honda vehicles and having him at this facility has absolutely convinced me that my wife and I have made the right choice to have our vehicle serviced at this location going forward. The staff I interacted with was great! I talked to a young lady named Kim to schedule my appointment and she was very helpful and accommendating.
