Upsetting I was so happy to buy this vehicle and we paid cash only to find out it needed so much work . I brought in in still under warranty for them to service I was so happy to buy this vehicle and we paid cash only to find out it needed so much work . I brought in in still under warranty for them to service a few things so two weeks later after my warranty expired while it was still at the shop I was called to pick It up only to notice it still had some of the same problems and also my steering was messed up and it wasn’t before I took it in . The people were nice and genuinely seemed to care but I was told If I had any issues to bring it back in and it would be taken care of as Long as it was for the issues previously addressed, si when I called to make the appt I was told I would have to pay for any further repairs. We paid 15’000 cash for a car that still needs repAirs . My husband is so upset . My excitement for buying the vehicle I’ve always wanted quickly went away . I wish someone could help us More

It was great and Jay worked well with me I went in to have a nail taken out. They discovered that I needed a new tire. Service Center Fine The service center people were fine. The policies the team has to enforce are sometimes lacking common sense. I have purchased an extended warranty for my 2014 Honda Accord and because the part being replaced is not covered under the warranty, I was also charged for "renting" a vehicle for one night. The card didn't start and I had to have it towed in. I paid enough for the extended warranty, you would think I could use a car for one day. Zach was good and honest with me. All I could expect from him. More
