Terrible Customer Service The service department is slow and the customer service is terrible. They do not greet you. 5 people standing in line. 3 service reps sitting at desks The service department is slow and the customer service is terrible. They do not greet you. 5 people standing in line. 3 service reps sitting at desks and only one taking care of customers. The other 2 were typing away and making phone calls. Helpful and caring staff Very attentive to customer needs. I had a 2pm apt and asked, when dropping off my car before work at 7am, if they could fit me in before 8am that day. They easily accommodated and did so with a pleasant attitude. I usually drop off and get a ride to work, which has always been convenient, too, but that day the early morning apt was very convenient for my family. More
I've been here 4 times and each time I opted for text updates that never happen and this place is very slow except with excuses. The reps lie and have no knowledge of what accessories fit what trim level updates that never happen and this place is very slow except with excuses. The reps lie and have no knowledge of what accessories fit what trim level for those that might want to add some things from other trim levels. Each time I see my car come in finished it still takes an hour to give it to me while I see it just sitting there. They also have don't assist in diagnosing issues related to defects and refuse to start a case so that Honda corp can investigate safety defects which can save lives and prevent customers from paying out of pocket for factory defect that should be covered by Honda not the consumer. More
