Process took too long The whole process took over 4 hours. The sales rep seemed more concerned with his rating on a survey because it impacted his bonus as opposed to gett The whole process took over 4 hours. The sales rep seemed more concerned with his rating on a survey because it impacted his bonus as opposed to getting our process of purchasing a car completed. He then left us in order to make another sale and gloated that he was busy with other clients making a sale. He was knowledgeable about the cars however a more modest sales approach and concerning himself with clients as opposed to his own sales would have been a better approach. We would purchase a Honda again and the reason for the rating is solely based on the sales approach. I am in sales and surveys are an important part of what I do. The most egregious part of the process is when the sales rep asked for a perfect score so he could hit bonus. Instead he should rely on delivering outstanding service and not pressure the client for a rating. Please call to discuss further if needed. More

My engine light was cleared on a previous read so they didn't attempt to fix the problem until my car's computer code flagged again just to make sure they have a true history of the events that caused my problem. Instead of just throwing parts at it they wanted to be 100% sure what the problem was. Nice. The code came up and they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part I needed and within a week the part came in and my car was repaired (same day, about a 90 minute wait), running as it should. Dealers are notorious for giant out of warranty quotes, but the cost was not as bad as I expected (showed me the costs on screen, no BS) it would be. The waiting area was nice, they provide free water and coffee. More
