I Bought a car for approx. $12,000 6 months ago from Community Honda and they sold it to me with two bald tires in the front. We experienced a problem that put us in an 'emergency' position. Driving unannounced into the dealership we were immediately met with qualified and friendly staff. No names are included because this is outstanding nature of all the staff we have encountered over years of being their customer - for vehicles and vehicular repairs. The necessary part was ordered. An appointment was set up and we received transportation to and from the dealership. We are overwhelmed by the quality of our Honda and the Community Honda personnel. The 'emergency' involved being recently released from spinal surgery and being incapable of more than sitting in the car and on the way to the surgeon's office.
