Oil change I heard a new service manager was recently hired. If this is true, I am impressed so far as my car was finished at the time it was promised for the fi I heard a new service manager was recently hired. If this is true, I am impressed so far as my car was finished at the time it was promised for the first time in years . Hopefully the days of three hour oil changes are over. My advisor did a good job at explaining a recommended service that I did not understand. He also recommended that I change air filters at a price that is more than triple what they cost on Amazon, although I realize this was not his fault and he doesn’t set prices. Overall, a great experience but I had to deduct one star due to highway robbery prices on the air filters and due to the fact that my advisor did not review the inspection with me. When reviewing at home, I noticed that at least one tire needed immediate replacement. While waiting, I spoke to my long term salesman Dennis, who is the reason I have purchased over 10 cars from this dealership. More

I hold Honda to higher expectations than majority dealerships, I expect friendly and polite service I left here unsatisfied with the customer service. I shouldn't have to chase advisors down with questions or concerns. My vehicle and I were not made a priority, again, at Community Honda of Orland Park. Other dealerships I take my other car's too stand out as a better, friendlier, and outgoing service. More
