Excellent customer service! From the very first contact, I was impressed! I had parked in the parking lot but Kamron offered to drive my car to into the service station. I had a doctor's appointment about an hour away from when I arrived but the service technician was able to fix the service (side airbag inflator recall) issue in less than an hour, and find in my tthe parking lot (I had stepped away to take a cell phone call) so I was able to make my doctor's appointment. I am very happy with the service I recieved and will be back when I require further service! Thanks to the hard working and friendly service technicians like Kamron! David. More

Service advisor recommends service based on mileage only. We have been a loyal honda owner for 15 yrs. Initially service was excellent. Lately, I spend more time correcting the service advisor. Adviser gets vin from car, then looks up info for my other car. Corrected that. Then he starts recommending items based solely on mileage, I point out that some of these items were done. Oh yeah, he says. Told him that i heard a clicking noise from the steering when turning. They all do that , he says. Can't be bothered with a test drive. 19 point check wasn't performed. .this never happened in the past.looks like I need to go elsewhere More
