Brought car in. Honda kept it over a month. The car was kept in service department for over a month. Parts were put in the car but this did not stop noise. Almost Well, I almost thought it was finally done and fixed. It actually was when I left but on the drive home the other side of the steering wheel had the Well, I almost thought it was finally done and fixed. It actually was when I left but on the drive home the other side of the steering wheel had the cover come loose. I called Louis on my way home and told him I would call back to make and appointment to bring it back again after checking my calendar. Called back on Monday and left a message for him to call me and instead of him I got Bob Madia. I explained what happened and that they had to order parts and he said he would call back shortly after talking to Parts Department. I waited 4 hours before calling back and left a message. No return call until Tuesday and that was made to me by mistake as he called to tell me my car was done when it hadn’t even been brought in. Well, part is now in and we will see what happens on Tuesday. I was told this will only take an hour so no Loaner car this time. More
