My experience at Community Honda of Orland Park was 5 star. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Cory Gonzales. I walked into Honda with my check engine light on from an olde star. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Cory Gonzales. I walked into Honda with my check engine light on from an older civic and unfortunately it was beyond repair. I then had the option to lease or purchase a new car. I was not mentally or financially prepared to do either. Figuratively speaking Cory held my hand throughout the whole process. I was very overwhelmed and his approach of being relaxed, genuine, and knowledgeable made the process so seamless and easy. I felt zero pressure from him. He made me feel like I deserved my beautiful new Honda Prologue when I at one point felt I was anything but deserving of a new car. He was a salesman at the beginning of the process and by the end he was friend. He has followed up with me with any questions I have had.
