Normally excellent, but not this time I normally have nothing but accolades for this dealership, service and individuals. But this time, let’s just say, if this was my first visit, it woul I normally have nothing but accolades for this dealership, service and individuals. But this time, let’s just say, if this was my first visit, it would be my last. I took my car in, as a shield on the underbelly was dragging. My appointment was for 7:30 (11/26/18), but I arrived at 5:00. When I dropped my car off, I told Ceaser, it would be fine, if I picked up the car the next day. Around 7:00, I received a phone call from Ceaser asking if the work on my car could be pushed back until Tuesday and he assured me someone would look at it first thing in the morning. I told him that would be fine. I ask I should expect a phone call when the work was done? Ceaser said “yes” and he would make a note on the account stating to have this work done first thing in the morning and to call. On Tuesday (11/27/18), I had not heard from Honda and I called at 10:10 am. I spoke to a receptionist, who paged Randy. Randy never answered his page and I got bumped back to the receptionist. The receptionist stated she would take my name and number and have either Randy or another service rep call me as soon as they were available. By 11:35 am, I still had not received a phone call, thus I called again. I find it hard to believe everyone was so busy, that no one could call back in 85 minutes. I spoke to the same receptionist and she stated she would page Bob, the service manager. He never answered the page and I was disconnected. I called back at 11:40 and finally spoke to Bob. Bob stated Ceaser was not scheduled to come in until noon. That is when I stated, I am pretty sure Ceaser is not working on my car and I really do not need to know Ceaser’s work schedule. Bob proceeded to tell me he was not to report until noon also, but he would take my call and get back to me. Again, I do not care about Bob’s schedule and I am sure there was another manager or other supervisor available in the morning when the business opened. At 11:49, Bob called me back. He stated my car was done and available for pick up. I went through the roof. No one called me. I had no idea what work was to be done, much less completed and if I had been told in a more timely manner I could had made 1 trip to the area, instead of having to make a specially trip at around 6 pm. At least 6 hours after my car could have been picked up. All times above are time stamped on my cell phone for accuracy. More
