Spent over 4 hours in the dealership waiting for a oil change, tire rotation and they needed to remove a rock that got stuck near the tire axle. After about 2 hours the guy said everything is done and it change, tire rotation and they needed to remove a rock that got stuck near the tire axle. After about 2 hours the guy said everything is done and it should be 10-15 more mins and it was 2 more hours! Also I have bumper to bumper extended warranty so the guy ensured me that I won’t be paying for anything other than the oil change and tire rotation. Then at the end he said that my warranty won’t cover it and they are gonna split the cost to remove the rock with me pretending that that’s the only way the mechanic gets payed. So basically I have no choice other than to pay an extra 60 bucks even though I was ensured I wouldn’t at the beginning. And 4 hours?! After they said they were done after 2? Don’t count on me going there again, probably the worst service I’ve received from any business ever. More

I was told the service would take 1.5 hours but ended up taking over 2 hours. I was not kept informed of the delay and had to go to the desk multiple times. The service rep said he was getting my paperwork ready but when I checked back 20 minutes later still hadn’t started. I explained I was now late for work. When my car finally finished I noticed there were 2 full bottles of AWD fluid in the front seat. When I went inside to see if the service was complete, instead of handling my concern he told me to wait, dialed a number and spoke with another customer. He claims he watched them put it in but I am not confident in the service that was completed. Would not recommend having service done here. Doesn’t complete ontime, poor customer service, and doesn’t instill confidence in work being completed. More
