Considering my car sat there for 3 days before looking at it then giving it back to me with several things not working to Then bringing it back and try fixing it again to then order parts and having to take it then giving it back to me with several things not working to Then bringing it back and try fixing it again to then order parts and having to take my car back then bring it back though I did fight for a rental. To get to my car back and still have problems to then Hearing they had to replace a wheel sensor that my car originally came in needing two weeks prior. To now getting my car back with my sensors not working properly. Who the service techs told me it’s an intermittent problem so until it gives hard codes in the system there is nothing that can be done. So the ones I have now are considered soft codes which don’t stay in the system. Like xxx so I have a $50,000 van with sensors that don’t do a thing for me except every once in a while. It’s ridiculous that I have to deal with this. The van is a 2019 elite. So all day today my sensors did not work crazy!!! Very disappointed More
I was given a 6:30 oil change appointment and it still took 1 1/2 hours. What’s the point of the appointment? Was told, yet again, that we need slot of work done to the car. Well known mechanic in our are took 1 1/2 hours. What’s the point of the appointment? Was told, yet again, that we need slot of work done to the car. Well known mechanic in our area denied the need for any of the recommendations. Lastly, don’t be afraid to clean the waiting area. There was popcorn everywhere. On the floor, on the side tables. Along with empty soda bottles and empty cups. There were a lot of Salesmen sitting around and could have taken pride in their workplace. More
