I called and got an appt. to have an oil change. I got there on time and the service center was jammed! There were two service clerks in the outer room and I told them what I was there for. One of them t there on time and the service center was jammed! There were two service clerks in the outer room and I told them what I was there for. One of them told me to go in the waiting area and they will come and talk to me. After an hour I looked out and my car was still sitting there not being worked. I went out to talk to the same service clerks and the one guy said I should have waited in line. I have done that in the past for service, but the other guy said for me to go wait in the waiting room. I was very unhappy, but the other guy got things rolling and had my car brought in for the oil change. I told him that I bought my certified used car in August from Community. I was told that my first 2 oil changes were free. I showed him my Certified card, but it wasn't coming up in your computer as free. This was very upsetting and I asked to talk to the service manager who said to give it to me free as I was promised. I am thinking about getting my future service needs done at another dealer to avoid the hassles I went through at Community. If I do come back for service, I hope they will keep their promise and give me my 2nd oil change free as I was promised. I've been going to Community for 6 years. More

Hard working staff Staff is hard working and I have trusted their work over the years. Own 3 Honda's. Feel they are the best cars on the road but EV's and Tesla are on Staff is hard working and I have trusted their work over the years. Own 3 Honda's. Fast service Had a new key made. Said it would take hour to program it. Took less than 30 minutes, still charged me for full hour. $205 for one key is outrageous. Had a new key made. My husband waited inside for a service advisor for over 10 mins while a service advisor messed with computer. Apparently he was having trouble with his computer but he never addressed my husband or acknowledged him. My husband had to walk back out to the garage or Service drive to find assistance. Then we never revived a text stating our car was in service. After 2+ hrs I called to get an update and was forwarded to voicemail several times even after Bob answered the phone. I called back to speak to the manager and was again forwarded to a voicemail. It’s too about 30-40 mins for someone to contact me regarding my vehicle. More
