Second time no better Again waited close to 20 minutes to check in and I was the only person waiting with three people at their stations and only one with a client. Went in to have damage to bumper fixed and a loose part on steering wheel done and to have them look over the interior after VS 200 applied because it did not look like everything was done first time around. Bumper was not fixed well at all. I refused to accept the way it was finished. Steering wheel wasn’t fixed and nothing was done about the interior. Another Service appointment scheduled. Talked to Zach on the phone. He seems to be the only one there who knows what they’re doing. More

Pathetic, horrible, disgusting I will never visit Community Honda ever again. I visited for an oil change and Ryan tried to sell me everything, but that. Ryan tried to convinced to buy a new oil pan for $825 and change my wheel lug nuts for $400. He also charged my an additional $15 for no reason for my oil change.
