Crappy product with no resolution My brand new Honda Pilot, with less than 1900 miles, has been in for service repeatedly. It still isn’t fixed. They sent my home last week stating that they had repaied a rattle...it took me one block to know that it was not fixed. They don’t seem to care....make me feel like I’m a pain or being too particular. But when my new Honda makes more noise than my 11 year old Honda - something seems wrong to me. I hate the Pilot and dislike and distrust Community Honda for selling it to me. I also distrust the Service department as they seem to be guessing as to what the issue is. More
