Bad shock I was in for another repair, which thankfully was under warranty. Great Service Took my car in for rear brake cleaning and aligning. Took less than 1 1/2 hours. Also had my car washed complimentarily. two unusual things I've been there a hundred times or more. This was the first time there wasn't a paper mat, ( I need new mats anyway.!) Before at the service, it was just turned down, then its easy to drive and get the volume up. This time I had a hard time getting it back on, (I just wasn't used to it) All of my Honda books had been out of my glove box and put back,, I had a thought that maybe they were written in for the service,, but, no, that wasn't the case,, a few items I had in there were on the floor. So very strange because all I came in for was an oil change, then I was told I needed the tires rotated. So,, no big deal on any of this, just strange,,! More

Replace clips for shield protector. The only issue I have is that this was the third time I have had to have these clips replaced.
