Words cannot express how grateful I am to Jay and his team for changing my air conditioning system on my beloved CRV. I felt confident in leaving the vehicle and I was provided with a loaner, which ended up being a brand new beautiful 2019 Pilot! How nice was that, especially since I have always dreamed of upgrading to a Pilot. Needless to say, the Pilot was a honey to drive. More importantly, Jay understood my hesitation in having the a/c repaired earlier due to my fixed income and unforeseen personal expenses. So he did some magic and cut the price in half! Frustrating and disappointing. September 15th and 22nd brought Ridgeline in for drifting problem at speeds above 45MPH. Service rendered not at all effective, still drifting.
