Poor detail service I had my Honda Pilot detailed and from the moment I dropped off to the moment I picked up it has been an underwhelming experience. I was ignored for 1 I had my Honda Pilot detailed and from the moment I dropped off to the moment I picked up it has been an underwhelming experience. I was ignored for 10 minutes when I came to drop off my vehicle. When I picked it up the vehicle was not in acceptable condition. It was not clean there was wax all over my rear windshield that I am having difficulty getting off. Now the manager at the time gave a $30 discount but I discovered at home that the detail company left wet materials in my trunk compartment and left wax residue all over my cargo net. There was also what appeared to be a pen mark on my driver's seat that wasn't there before. I called the service department asking to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then made to leave a voicemail. I described in my voicemail how livid I was a the condition of my vehicle and hanve received no call back. This experience has been nothing short of aggravating considering I purchased the vehicle from your dealership. Terrible level of quality of service. More
