Service representative acknowledgement was excellent The service representative acknowledged me in a timely manner and he was the only one that made sure I received a car wash because the last few times The service representative acknowledged me in a timely manner and he was the only one that made sure I received a car wash because the last few times of coming to Honda dealer for service and asking for a car wash and was assured of it , did not receive at those times. Questionable new battery install I first took my car to my usual place with the report that it needs a hybrid repair. He also said the regular battery was okay. At Honda, I was told I need a new battery before they can even go any further with my diagnostic-sounded like bs. They did provide the print out of the battery results, but I still have big doubts, especially since I got it home only to notice my radio/clock would not work....WHAA! Whatever. When I said I wanted a print out, I suddenly was eligible for a senior discount-yeah. Just don't trust dealers. My husband had a poor experience there also. More
