We asked for a call when it was ready and were assured that would be done. ( sometimes things take a little longer) Well at 6 pm we called the dealership and talked to Bob Mancini who reviewed the work and noted that the bolts had not been added. My wife told him since the xxxx cr took so long to forget about the bolts otherwise it was ready. When we got there the appearance package was completed but no bolts so the package was great no call no bolts little things make the difference More

Very Good Very nice service advisor (Robert Mitsos) polite, friendly, explained the things I needed to know clearly, and answered all of my questions. I have only one mild critique and that is that the oil change is supposed include a check of all locks and latches and lubricate them. My trunk latch is sticking badly, I was later unable to easily open it to put groceries in trunk, and that was obviously missed and/or never mentioned. More
