Great Experience! My tire pressure light came on so I brought it into service. Instead of just trying to sell me a new tire they found a bolt in it and patched it for m My tire pressure light came on so I brought it into service. Instead of just trying to sell me a new tire they found a bolt in it and patched it for me instead to save me money. Nice to have somewhere that actually looks to save you money and help out. More

Horrible Dealership at this Location This dealership had me take 4 trips to what according to the dealership and corporate Honda is a manufacture issue that it's still in a pending status This dealership had me take 4 trips to what according to the dealership and corporate Honda is a manufacture issue that it's still in a pending status. Each 1,2,3, and 4th trip I was told they (the dealership and corporate Honda) found "the fix" to the what the dealership and corporate Honda is the issue to my brand off the showroom new 2017 Honda Accord. That's not counting all the trips back and forward to this dealership, my personal time, the amount of time my car spent at the service department (shop) in this dealership (service deparment), the amount of time I spent in line at the service department waiting to be called by a service advisor, time spent speaking to 3 of this dealership's managers from the internet manager Anthony Hicks, to the service manager, Bob Madia, to Bob's manager who I can't recall his name and to all the service advisors. On my second trip to this dealership I was told by this dealership and that this seems to be a manufacture issue. I wasted valuable time time I could have spent with my then ill and now deceased father. I began dealing with dealership about this issue with the middle console platic cover that is loose on the middle passenger side on my 2017 Honda Accord from May of 2018 until July of 2018. I purchased this car brand new in January of 2018. This is my second brand new Honda I purchased new from Honda. My first brand new 2005 Honda Civic I purchased from another dealership in 2005.... Im very dissatisfied how this dealerships and Corp.Honda is handling my concern/situation with my 2017 Honda Accord. I have opened a case directly with Corporate Honda regarding this issue... More

It helped me use my time wisely by finishing back to school shopping. If the Lyft service was not available, I would have had to wait much longer, and I would not have been able to run my errands on my only day off. The work on my car was completed within the time estimated. To wrap up the experience, the cashier was nice and professional. More

Ryan is a good customer service rep I made an appt for a recall. Kim made the appt for me and took all important info. Upon arrival, all the reps were super busy. I waited for @15 mins u I made an appt for a recall. Kim made the appt for me and took all important info. Upon arrival, all the reps were super busy. I waited for @15 mins until Ryan invited me over to his desk to discuss what I needed. He was friendly, professional, attentive , courteous, and capable. He told me it would take @1 1/2 hours. He offered to give me a ride somewhere to pass the time. (I declined. Instead I walked @a mile down 159th street to a Mexican restaurant, sat on their patio, soaked in the sun, drank a refreshing pina colada, and ate lunch. It was a great day all the way around. ) I arrived back at the dealership a few minutes early, checked in with Ryan, and he said my car was ready—at no charge to me. Honda took care of the recall costs, Ryan got my van serviced in a timely manner, and I got to relax in the sun. Again—great day all around. More
Honda Odyssey 2018 issues Since purchasing my new Odyssey, there have been issues. It was the first of the new redesign, so I’m not too surprised that there are problems. Honda had a known issue without a known fix and Bob helped me to get a rental to take on my vacation for free so that they could work on fixing my car while I was gone. I had issues picking up and dropping off the car and they drove the rental out to me. Great service! I would highly recommend Bob and his team. More
