Rip off I really have tried to give Honda of Orland Park a 2nd chance. Once again they were shading and not honest. They over charge and then once you say you can’t afford it they somehow come down with price. The wait times are awful. They lie about the times, even with an appointment. You feel like you are being taken advantage there. I highly recommend that no one go there. More

I brought my van in for repairs the dealership broke the fro We bought our van in for repairs and the dealership broke the front windshield and didn’t tell us we went back into the service department to talk to We bought our van in for repairs and the dealership broke the front windshield and didn’t tell us we went back into the service department to talk to someone. The Service manager was the person that I was trying to explain what happened what happened he rudely cut me off before I could finish talking. He didn’t believe me that they broke the windshield the service advisor that we left the van with said it wasn’t damaged when they left the van with me. He then said he would look into it and get back to me after he looked into it to it took pictures he said it would be within the next day he never called me back I had to call him. He said the windshield might have gotten damaged while the van was there he said they would replace it . we never got one apologie for the broken windshield not from the service manager or the service Director Bob Madia. This dealership doesn’t know the first thing in customer service we will not be bringing our vehicle’s here ever again! More
