Oil change I had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 for an oil change. I arrived at 12 since I was in the area. Upon my arrival one of the workers told me which l I had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 for an oil change. I arrived at 12 since I was in the area. Upon my arrival one of the workers told me which lane to drive in through. I got out of my vehicle and approached the young lady who instructed me where to drive up to. I told her my name and that I had an appointment for an oil change. She instructed me to go to leave the keys in the truck and to go to the waiting room and that someone would come and get me in a few. I waited for over 30 minutes and I noticed the dealer had a kids area, my toddler was with me so I went back to the girl who took care of me and told her I would be by the kids area in case they were looking for me. She said that would be fine. At around 1:40 (one hour and a half after I arrived) I went to ask how much longer it would be. When the gentleman at the desk asked my name he said I was never checked in. That I was supposed to have come to them first so they could take down my info. I explained that I was told otherwise and hats why I went to the waiting room. He apologized and said he would do his best to get me out. However I didn’t leave the dealer until 3pm. I was there a total of 3 hours for a simple oil change. It was a very bad experience to have to wait so long for a mistake from one of your employees. I had my 1 year old with me who also had to wait for 3 hours. I thought I would let you know so that your employees are more clear and specific when dealing with customers, especially if we are new to your dealer. More
Lunch break Checked in. The service advisor said it would be about an hour. Gave him my cell phone said he was happy to call when my car was ready. Went to lunch Checked in. Disappointing I had the trans. fluid changed also oil, the trans. plug is magnetized and will pick up any steel shavings in the fluid, therefore it was extremely im I had the trans. fluid changed also oil, the trans. plug is magnetized and will pick up any steel shavings in the fluid, therefore it was extremely important to me to see the plug as it is pulled out. At the time of writeup I believe I had requested more than once to see the plug pulled. When I was called back to the writeup desk the service man was holding the clean plug in his hand apologizing for not calling me to see it removed. So I consider that a failure. More
