The door panel was replaced after an edit on our initial review at dealerrater to a lower score. Prior to this problem, we had given the dealership a 5 star rating. We would like to stress the experience of buying our car was flawless. I am not really sure why we experienced such resistance when we reported an 18 inch deep scratch on our door panel 12 days after we bought the car. I vowed not to be the customer that complains about their vehicle right away, but thought it could be taken care of when it worked out for us to stop by to show the delearship. We were made to feel as though we put the scratch there ourselves. This is our first Honda purchase, and despite a rocky start we are very happy with our new CRV. In fact one of our friends may soon be in to buy a new Honda!
