Terrible service!!! Service department needs an overhaul. Brought in the car for light bulb replacement since it was defective from factory 3 times and still didn't fix the problem. On top of this, they leave their dirty shop gloves in the car, and the headliner is dirty of grease. Did nothing but stare at me, when I showed them that they made it dirty. Complained to manager Jeff Neckers and he asked as to why do we come to the dealership if I am not satisfied. Simply told us to go somewhere else. Has very poor customer service skills, does not care about the customer and on top of that they also mock their customers. VW of America take notice of this. Don't be fooled by the high star rating. Most are simply friends and family.
