Great Dealership - Ask for Wayne I went to a couple dealerships and of course, there is the seller who just wants all your money, annoys you, and then makes you wait for their manager I went to a couple dealerships and of course, there is the seller who just wants all your money, annoys you, and then makes you wait for their manager so they can talk to you. I instantly walked out. Hate it when they do that. This place didn’t run off of commission, they were forward and they had a great selection of vehicles in my price range. All the sales persons I’ve dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. The management staff that I dealt with was also courteous and professional. No high pressure sales tactics were used but they really wanted me to leave with the truck and they made it work . More
Since when is a spare tire optional? You should have told me BUYER BEWARE. Be sure to check for a spare tire. I looked everything else over thoroughly, but it didn't occur to me to look for a spare, as I thought that was a standard piece of equipment. After buying, I drove to the nearest gas station; the car was on empty. As the tank filled, I went to put something in the trunk and that's when I thought to look under the mat at the spare. Nothing there! I turned around and went back to Hudiburg. I told them the car I just bought lacked a spare and asked them to give me one. They said they don't sell cars with spares anymore. I said WHAT? They offered to order one for me if I wanted to pay $175. If I had known that, I would have negotiated to pay $200 dollars less for the car, or would have gone to a dealer that sells cars equipped with spares. I asked to speak to a manager, who just told me what I wanted to hear--maybe they could find one later and call me. I was upset and they just wanted me to leave. It's been three days; I seriously doubt they're going to call me with a spare. And to think, when I first drove away I thought I was a happy customer. Now I'm angry and telling everyone I know. All this so the dealer can save a couple hundred dollars? On a ten thousand dollar purchase? Really? I wouldn't be upset *if I had been informed* that there was no spare. Then I could have made a decision about how much I was willing to pay for a used car there, or possibly go elsewhere. Connie B. More

The problem is the finance and management department. They kept me for more than an hour trying to sell me their back end overpriced warranties. After repeated "NO's", the finance manger and managers cycles, with different narratives, scenarios and reasons why I need their warranty. "Mr. Hudiburg researched what customers needed and came up with this amazing warranty, blah blah, blah..." at the end of the paper signing I came away with a much higher interest rate because they said "Consumers have become accustomed to lower interest rates and are surprised when they see a 6-7% rate." Plain and Simple, I bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze that was used as a loaner for people servicing their vehicle. The car was sold to us for $13,500 with 2500 miles on it, basically brand new. Hudiburg was going to sell a brand new car for the minimum, so they screwed me on my interest rate. My Credit score is a 790! They also used this random credit bureau called SageStream, LLC to justify my rating. Google SageStream and you will see various customer complaints about their service providing credit scores 2-300 points less than your average. They showed my credit score at a 600 when Equifax has it at a 790. In the end, I won't be buying from this company again but as stated earlier, the salesmen Duane Rapier was a good dude. More
