We came on a weekend and it was very congested and tight. This of course was no fault of the sales team. But I would advise the owners of the dealership that to increase customer satisfaction and sales they should consider updating the Used car sales building. In my 3 hours there I counted 6 potential customers come in, and leave stating to the people they were with that it was to “crowded” or there’s no where to sit and that “they will come back later”. That is 6 potential sales that walked out and probably didn’t come back. That’s also 6 potential long term relationships the dealer could’ve made for future auto sales. Although my experience was mostly pleasant and resulted in a sale, I would appreciate more inviting facilities in the future. As stated though, my personal experience with the sales team was great. Sunny and Ryan helped us and answered all our questions. Oh also, the coffee/cappuccino machine in the Used sales building needs updated. More
