Walked into the service department unannounced with a blown transmission. Adam the service rep was hesitant that he’d be able to assist under the circumstances, but after a diagnostic test, a validation blown transmission. Adam the service rep was hesitant that he’d be able to assist under the circumstances, but after a diagnostic test, a validation of inventory, and a quick call to the mechanic they were able to knock out a full replacement in a little over 24 hours. I know this isn’t the norm or expectation, but they were able to get my vehicle back to me without a lengthy delay and allowed me to return home following the completion of meetings in the metro. Forever grateful for the prompt and timely service, on top of the courtesy of providing a shuttle service to the convention center. More
