Great start, terrible finish. Ryan was great. Explained everything and was super friendly. Was attentive but not pushy which we appreciate. We head to financing and were told so Ryan was great. We had a 1 month old and 17 month old with us. 20 minutes later than finally got tired of waiting and went to the back and came out with Preston Cash. This is where the bad started. Preston may have been having a bad day but seemed to be pist off at the world. Never introduced himself. Did not know his name until he put his card in our paperwork. Would not small talk. Took forever. When he started his sales pitch on warranties I politely said if it will speed things up I can tell you we will not purchase any warranties. He said that is fine but I am going over them. I said the little ones have had enough so please give us the short version. He looked at me and again said I will go over them all. I got up with 1 of the kids and came back 10 minutes later to hear him asking my wife which of these she would like. She told him I already told him none. He told her that has to be the most assinign thing I have ever heard. At that point we were extremely close to standing up and walking out. We both bit our tongue and listened 3 more smart remarks about not purchasing warranties before we left. I believe that has to be the worst I have ever been treated in any business. We are happy go lucky people that are about as easy to get along with as they come. Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't know but even if he was my employees would not work for me if that is how they treat my customers. More

Horrible dealership experience I went to hudiburg to buy a truck and I had a trade-in. My sales person knew nothing about the truck I wanted to purchase and he didn't know how to dr I went to hudiburg to buy a truck and I had a trade-in. My sales person knew nothing about the truck I wanted to purchase and he didn't know how to drive a standard to get my vehicle appraised. They dealership made a disrespectful offer for my trade-in which was no where near a reasonable price. Their offer wasn't even close to current blue book trade-in value. I walked out of the dealership because of my disgust with their offer and the salesman tried to get me to come back with an increase of 500$ for my trade-in. Also I was told by the sales person they were going to call me after researching the vehicle and prices to make a better offer and they never did. They are not a dealership that holds to their word. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
