I emailed the lot late at night to verify if they still had the vehicle and got a reply early the next morning from their customer service rep. She put me in contact with Ryan Wheeler who once at the lot got me with Joseph Kelly. I had the most positive experience with Joseph! He helped make the deal happen and actually made what is usually a stressful process fun. We actually laughed the whole time test driving and reviewing the car!
