Alex Shaer Rocks! I heard over and over about how ethical Hudiburg auto group was and decided to see it first hand. Amazing prices, professional staff, and an attentional to detail that I have come to expect from my time in the Air Force. Alex Shaer when above and beyond while working with me and helped me get a fee for several different vehicles while ruling out options before presenting a select few choices to my wife. He took time to ensure we missed nothing and was always honest and transparent (these are rare traits in this day and age). We found the perfect fit for our family, that checked all our needs and the majority of our wants because of Alex’s willingness to work for us, and not just with us. He’s an asset. Great guy, and I can’t express my gratitude towards him enough. Larry Yocum was exceptional, and wasn’t afraid to see if something could be done better. His “excellence in all he does” mentality and willingness to secure a solid rate was unfounded and really made the “paperwork” effortless and easy. Mr. Hudiburg your run a wonderful company and break the norm/stereotype of dealerships. Quick and Easy As soon as I arrived I was greeted with smiles and handshakes. The salesman helped us locate the Dodge journey I had been looking at on the website. After he got the keys we went for a quick drive and the salesman (Ryan) was very informative about the car and shared his own opinion about the vehicle also. We went and started the paperwork and he walked us through everything and escorted us to everywhere we went. He was very nice and helpful. We agreed to terms on our vehicle and went to sign the financial d Our initial visit went very well. Zach was a very helpful and knowledgeable dealer. We agreed to terms on our vehicle and went to sign the financial docs. The financer then told us he couldn’t do the deal that we agreed on and he wouldn’t try to work out different terms. We were obviously very disappointed and left. We came back a couple days later and had a different financer this time and he gave us SEVERAL options for financing. We bought the car and have been driving it for a little over a week. One day after the sale, we’ve had a tire with a leak that needed to be patched and had to get the oil changed and serviced. Not exactly what you want to deal with when dealing with a car straight out of the dealership. Overall, our salesman was great but it doesn’t seem like the dealership as a whole was too concerned with customer satisfaction. I’ve dealt with several dealerships over the years and this one ranks near the bottom of the barrel. More
