Very hard to get a manager on the phone to talk to. I was told by Joseph Kelly and his manager I would only owe 700$ on my tax title and license. When I get to tax office it turns out I owe 800. I drove 5 hours from Texas and I was not impressed by the fact that they did not know the business enough to figure out the taxes on the sale price to where what they told me I would owe was true. Joseph Kelly wrote down his personal number to call him if I had questions; I called and he never answered. I called and talked to Brian about how they mailed my title to the wrong address and how they lied to me about the tax amount and he got a little feisty with me. I’ve called twice so far and still have not been able to talk to a manager. Dishonest and unreliable. Complete lack of responsibility and integrity. More
